What is Larimar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Larimar<\/strong> is a rare greenish blue to deep sky-blue variety of the silicate mineral<\/a> pectolite<\/a> found only in the Dominican Republic<\/a>, around the city of Barahona<\/a>. Its coloration varies from bluish white, light-blue, light-green, green-blue, turquoise blue, turquoise green, turquoise blue-green, deep green, dark green, to deep blue, dark blue and purple, violet and indigo and the larimar can come in many varieties and color mix. With interconnecting white lines and rough circles. A radiating pattern of crystal needles can often be observed within the Larimar. <\/p>\n\n\n
